New Mexico Junior College enjoys the distinction of being the first independent junior college built in New Mexico. The campus currently has a student population of approximately 3,000 students.
The College offers Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, and Associate of Applied Science degrees and business and industry trade certificates. Through its outstanding programs, staff and services, New Mexico Junior College fills a critical educational need for Lea County and the surrounding area by actively promoting success through learning.
